Building Permits on the rise in Sacramento County

Finally, building permits are on the rise in Sacramento County.  That's right!! Yah!!  Last month 683 building permits were pulled in the County.  Sacramento was the 2nd highest county in the nation.  Great news.  So don't forget we offer construction financing and construction management.  Let's get building!!!

Housing Prices are going up, up, up

Unbelievable. We make an offer on an investment property for a client. Asking price is $82,000, we offer $101,000 and then find out that there are (4), yes four, offers of $130,000. So if you are sitting on the sidelines waiting for prices to go down, STOP thinking that way and call me.
